1. Party A needs to provide sufficient suppliers and products for cooperation.

2. Party A needs to provide safety and transportation work, as well as all industrial and commercial taxes and transportation costs.

Including: packaging, installation, after-sales, transportation, public relations, etc., all costs.

3. Party A needs to ensure the normal operation of logistics and transportation, and is responsible for the safety of goods and staff.

In case of damage, theft, or damage to goods caused by human error, Party A shall be fully responsible and compensate at the original price.

1. Party B needs to provide product costs and maintain mall buyers (customer relationships).

2. Party B guarantees good personal credit.

3. Party B needs to process orders within 24 hours.

1. In case of special circumstances, both parties shall negotiate and resolve.

2. If affected by policy, special circumstances and poor business conditions, Party B shall be fully responsible.

3. Both parties must strictly abide by the contract. In case of unilateral breach, either party shall bear legal responsibility or compensation.

4. Effective from the date of signature.
